O2 Enterprise needed an easy way for their public sector clients to compare device models, prices and functionality.
We were asked to create a digital solution. Analysing the project, we came up with an online simple drag and drop portal allowing customers to select their devices and compare features. The back-end system allows administrator access to add device information and imagery.
We always look to work with our clients to find the best enhancements to any system we build. So when a data extract for new devices and prices became available we looked at how we could automatically import the data. Making it even simpler to use.
Moving to an online system and continually making improvements has led to an increase of active users.
