As a development of the O2 ticketing system we built, we created a trackable ordering system for O2 Platinum gifts, making it easier for managers to sort out. We built it end-to-end and streamlined the process.

We took away the hassle, sourcing and delivering the goods. We got great feedback from Managers and O2 got an instant increase in the Customer Service Index, all strengthening the O2 brand.
